247 - Documents supporting the fourth phase of Operation Última Milha, launched this Thursday (11) by the Federal Police (PF) with the aim of dismantling a criminal organization dedicated to the illegal monitoring of authorities and the production of fake news against critics and opponents of the Jair Bolsonaro (PL) government, reveal that the agents involved in the scheme talked about "destroying" political adversaries. This Thursday's operation included five preventive arrest warrants and seven search and seizure warrants issued by the Supreme Federal Court (STF).

According to journalist Daniela Lima's column on g1, former Chamber of Deputies President Rodrigo Maia was one of the targets of the illegal surveillance conducted by former Abin members. At Abin, Bertholdo was seen as an ally of Maia and former deputy Joice Hasselmann. Federal Police delegate Marcelo Bormevet, Rodrigues' boss who was also arrested in Thursday's operation, replied: "Excellent, my friend. Let's see if we can destroy this scumbag who's in a DAS-5," referring to a trusted position in the government.
